It could be what was last suggested in this message, or maybe an
improper MDAC Driver.

Have you checked you code to make sure all scoped variables are locked
properly. I seem to remember running into something like this some time
ago and locking scoped variables solved the problem.

At least that is what I seem to remember.

That's all I ever found as well. I joined the group hoping that
somebody
involved might have come upon a resolution.

Thanks

Kinda funny the only search result for "Unknown error threshold reached"
is
a link to a DFWCFUG discussion.

Subject: unknown error threshold reached

Hello,

I'm running Cold Fusion 5 / SQL Server 2000 on Windows 2000 Advanced
Server

I receive a barrage of the following:

Unknown error threshold reached, service will restart.

The service then restarts.

I can't find documentation on this anywhere.

Does anybody have any ideas as to where I might find a solution?

Thanks
