Coldfusion Mx Certification

Hi, I work at a company that will pay for a certain # of certs per year.   I’m trying to get a job at a company that will help pay for the remaining two years of my BCIS degree.  This means I’ll probably do programming for a couple years and need to build my coldfusion and ASP programming experience.   Do you think I should get the coldfusion Mx certification or is it just like MCSE, where the cert really is just butter on top of hard-core experience.   Thanks, Micky
