I think you would find this would violate your original
license agreement. Might be worth thinking about. This applies to most second
hand software - games in particular.
For example the license key if registered online (as
Allaire did and Macromedia do now) may not be transferrable.
And for $40 you would be better off downloading the DevEd
of CFMX 7, getting hooked, and then upgrading to the full
version.
