This is what I believe BMI is trying to sell Denise (a broadcast/download
license).  If you go to their website here
http://www.bmi.com/licensing/webcaster/index.asp you can read more about
it.

It doesn't appear that they even tried to verify that any of the music on
the website was actually a licensee of BMI, but hey, I'd rather get a
sales pitch than a letter from their lawyers.

I suspect that they simply searched all websites for any music content on
them at all and then sent out mass mailings to the administrative contact
for that domain.

Anyway, hopefully Denise will get it all sorted out soon and then we can
get easy access to her mixes again.
