I've been meaning to make the request that some client authors at least
add support for -1, and preferably the entire EPIC color range.  mIRC
and X-Chat in particular...  I've also been thinking about making a
short TCL script for XiRCON to remap them, since the author of XiRCON
apparently has fallen off the face of the earth...

Of course, I haven't done any of this yet and I've been meaning to for
some time, so if anyone else feels like beating me to it, I wouldn't be
offended or anything ;)
