But I want to point out the design of this Newtype power is precisely Tomino's way to say there's no Master Race. NT evolution is for all human, the plotline is just showing how it'd be misused in the transition state. And in this state, the NT are simply puppets in the old type world of war and conflict.

Ah, this is a question posed in many Sci-Fi stories--from the
midi-clorian elite Jedi/Sith in Star Wars to the mutants in X-men. As
long as this hypothetical master race is not too terribly different
and can blend in with the general populous, I'd say at least in the
western world, the tendency would be to ignore the differences and
embrace them as merely talented individuals. Western society has to
believe the lie that everyone is the same. I imagine that there would
be a lot of denying that these Master Race people are different at
all. The Master Race would most probably take over quietly with no
one raising a fuss. Due to their talents they would rise through to
the top of any organization. Even if the Masters openly talked about
taking over, I doubt the normals would do much about it. We have a
way of ignoring the danger around us until it's too late. Just look
at what's happening in France.
