Any thoughts on this??? So many sites are focusing on the Hobby Japan kit
as if it is the final product. If what I am theorizing is true they are in
for a rude awakening. Is there something in the Japanese text that
identifies if it is the real kit??

When I was looking at the comparison picture I noticed that NEITHER
specifically says Master Grade. Instead the one on the left says HOBBY
JAPAN and the one on the right says DENGECKI HOBBY. I am stepping out on a
limb here, but I think that these are either scratchbuilds, or customized
versions of the MG Prototype built up by each magazine. With that in mind I
am betting that the actual stock kit will be closer to the one on the RIGHT
because it is in line with the lineart.
