What about Roux and Elle from ZZ Gundam? They piloted the Zeta and Mk II on
a regular basis. Does 'Lora Lora' from Turn A count? ;)
Let's not forget Christina MacKenzie from Gundam 0080. She may not
have been able to pilot worth a damn (although I beg to differ), but
that Alex looked damn fine on her. ;)
