The Guntank didn't have a flexible torso so the top cannons weren't useable
as a turret. As far as the arms, they have more range of motion then a
standard turret so I think they would be more useful.
I wouldn't bet on that. Tank turrets have an impressive arc of fire
as is (not range of motion per se, but who cares? They can hit most
whatever they care to).
The Guntank always struck me as a waste, since the whole point of the
mech concept is *legs.* If you're gonna go with treads anyway, you
might as well just skip the mech part and build a better tank.
