I didn't say it's _completely_ an act. But I've seen enough of her to
think that she's in complete control of her "playful nature" or sex
appeal or whatever. Richie's claim of "ditzy" or "psychotic" implies
traits that imped her mission and/or her personal prerogatives.
Instead she controls and uses her (perhaps genuine) playful nature to
her own advantage.

E.g. she managed to unbalance Setsuna but his cold response didn't
cause her to hesitate or deviate for even one second.

It was actually Michael who freaked out when Setsuna shoved her. A
typical female anime character would at least make a girly squeal when
shoved.

Interestingly Louise and Sumeragi are also in control of their
emotion. All three guys (Setsuna, Saji and Billy) are being played to
some extent. Add to them Soma, Wang Liu-Mei, Kinue, Shirin and (to a
lesser extent) Marina, that's a huge cast of strong female characters.

Compare that to at least 3 of the GM4 have serious flaws. 1 out of 2
male GM3 is psychotic. Patrick is a clown. Ali is a POS. Corners is
a sneak. All the creepy/dishonorable leaders of the big 3 are men.
All the Azadistan fanatics are men.

There's some reverse misogyny going on here. (just to be clear I
still dislike Louise).
