Please, then, consider refraining from offering your own hyperbole and
inflammations, attending instead to matters of serious content. I know it
will be an effort, but one assumes that somewhere in your academic
background, your professors did teach you to be careful and professional.
Try to remember those lessons.
Try to use them.
