If trademark is included then we also need the other valid groups who use
names outside of trademark:
Small businesses
Local businesses
Churches
Schools
Charitable groups
Amateur sports teams
Writers
Parents naming children
People naming pets, objects, computers, or anything
etc
In other words, everybody.
Creation of a trademark class is a statement that the creators of the DNSO
believe that trademarks have a bigger right than those who didn't get a
class.
Creation of a trademark class institutionalizes and entrenches this
presumed and arbitrary measure of strength of trademark interests.
It is improper to build a structure which prejudges interests and, by
doing so, largely prejudges and predetermines the outcome of the results.
