I like this:

This gives the registry a property right in its operations and does not allow
ICANN or WIPO to usurp it. I would feel happier if the dnso's charter also
recognized the right of other registries to enter the business and gain the
same rights on a non-discriminatory basis, subject only to the constraint of
technical feasibility.
