Yeah, I know about your day job. And when i saw you getting into this, I
said my god, if she does anything else other than serve as a front for mike
roberts and cochetti....she won't get a chance to do her day job. why is
she signing on if she understands the internet or has any r espect for it?
the most benign explanation I can think of is that you did not know what
you were getting into when you agreed to serve. and given your otherwise
excellent reputation for understanding things long before the rest of us,
if this is the case, your move to ICANN was likely the biggest mistake of
your carreer.
You could have gotten our respect and cooperation in five hours a week or
less of honest dialogue. But by all accounts you signed on knowing that
the board you agreed to serve WOULD NOT PERMIT HONEST DIALOG. YET YOU
SIGNED ON ANYWAY to run an operation that would trample on every shred of
network culture....
why are you surprised to be catching heat? there is no way that ogilvie
PR will do anything other than increase the number of people handing out
your one way propaganda.
If you are not part of the problem, then show it by giving your board an
ultimatum that they open their meetings or you will resign..... show us
that you have some principles that you are ready to live or die for.
