PLEASE, it's not a BMW draft. It is Kent's/INTA Draft. It has almost
no support from BM.

There are two options, let ICANN decide or compromise between
Kent's/INTA Draft and the Paris Draft. (and for the letter option,
there are two suboptions, get DNSO.ORG to designate someone who is
willing to negotiate in good faith, or what do you need Kent for
anyway, take out what we think is useable and write a BMWP Draft that
deserves its name.
