"Power corrupts..."  Um, have you noticed what's been going on in the
corridors of power in the good ole US of A?  Does that perhaps give you the
slightest clue about why some people are just a wee bit nervous of a
powerful Names Council, accountable to the membership only on election day?
And yes, it is powerful, see my discussion in a note sent this day.
