  A good 2 cents as well.  We would agree that your #2 and #3 are valid
and good points to consider, to be sure.  They also seem to work at odds
with each other as well.  It begs the question should all new TLD's be
chartered TLD's?  I am sure that the Trademark folks would certainly
prefer this to be true.  But as Roeland indicates, is that desirable?
