Well, that's a reasonable point, and I suppose that since .NA has a
restricted charter (Namibians only, right?), you don't automatically
delegate names.  But I doubt you have to review the applications your entire
day.  It only gets to be a problem -- either you can't afford the labor or
the service begins to suffer -- when there are fairly high volumes.
