Well as part of the White Paper a lightweight Whois is required. And this
is what NSI is providing now, al be it sparse on information for some. So
are you saying that the Whois data/service that is required should include
creation date on all registrations to all accesses?

Agreed. The problem here is Bill, that there are disagreements as to what
is or should be publicly available from Whois. Is creation date inclusive
of that data, or is their a privacy issue regarding creation date? How about
Billing contact?
