Bret and all,
  Thank you for passing this on to everyone, even though it is grossly
inaccurate and not representative of the actual events and discussion.
Not small suprise there however.  Brian Hollingsworth from our group
will be putting out a general update that should better reflect the actual
events sometime this evening I am told.

  The single biggest point of inaccuracy here is that there was NO
points of consensus at the DNSO meeting and none of the previous
comments which the ICANN requested prior to the Singapore meeting were
conspicuously omitted, verifying that there is certainly not a
consensus on either of the discussed DNSO drafts.
