How true. The number of cases abounds.

As was enumerated in the comments sent directly to the ICANN
Interim board that constituencies were divisive, we now have seen one
such example of the divisiveness in the very use of exclusion of
many parties to their own "Constituency".
And this was done directly against the VAST number of stakeholders
desires by edict of the ICANN INterim Board. In addition such a
decision is in violation of the White Paper and their own Bylaws.
