Suppose it was a 2nd level commercial domain of a non-comercial (FCN or
Monolith) ISP, but owned by a Limited Partnership? What if that domain was
deleted for non-payment? Would they talk to FCN, or ICANN, the Nozzle, or
CORE? What is Esther is unavailable due to a religious emergency?

I think we can see from the many examples sited that the best solution is
to leave Nozzle (NSOL) is charge of their monopoly.
