  Good points Franky!!  Precisely one of many many points that is
substantial to the fact that a structured "Constituency" within the
framework of a set of bylaws dealing with a "Public Trust" is
yet another form of gerrymandering and therefore divisive.  It therefore
cannot continue unabated and at the same time provide for "Stability"
within any SO structure or as a part of ICANN...

  Therefore it is simply, and without doubt, concluded, that the saga
of divisiveness continues as long as a "Structured Constituency"
remains.....  As the emperors of Rome would say, let the games
begin.....
