We would suggest something worded a bit differently and more to the point.
Something like this:
January 21st "wheel and deal, we don't care about openness and transparency
preparation meeting to channel and exclude as many stakeholders as possible
meeting." Big money sponsers(read suckers), and brown noses only invited
