Exactly, they are not doing themselves a favor.

These children are proving they can't be taken seriously. If you want to
convince someone that these Toy Level Domains should become Top Level
Domains, the first thing you do is you get EVERYTHING right.

ORSC, schmORSC, who cares? ICANN most certainly doesn't. And why should
they?
