Yep, I remember this post to which you refer. I also believe it was
fwd to the gTLD-MoU list as well at some point. Problem is that there
was not a proper classification for TLD's in US TM law at that time,
and as you may or may not know the rules for filing in some
classifications
has also changed as well. This is especially true with DN's and also
TLD's. A small fact that very few, even lawyers have gotten their hands
around yet in that those rules just changed in January of this year....
