I several weeks ago suggested to Esther several methods of acquiring
several different funding sources to augment dues or fees for members.
You might want to ask Esther if she ever followed up on those.

Yes, but those fees should be no different than individual members

Bad idea altogether. Best way to discourage is a well designed
secure registration application.
