Well, we're looking at NSI holding on to their registrar-interface software.
BTW, there will be six "beta" registrars for the new .COM regime, not five,
because NSI gets a "bye" -- they are number six. We don't know when the
software will be released. Looks to me like NSI has a leg up there.
