  As a member of the W3C myself I can testify that the W3C is interested.
As has been Kent's habit dating back to the IAHC/gTLD-MoU, his ignoring
other stakeholders is legendary.  Hence such comments from Kent
should be taken in that light...  Unfortunate but true...
