.NA applicants have a *REAL* incentive to keep their SOA information
up to date, lest their visibility on the DNS goes to K*nt-Land.

postmaster and SOA are RFC mandated. 

AND, as you are so fond of Registrars and shared registration
protocols it's trivial to do by the Registrar come application time.
