1) One complaint is that NSI has been getting beaucoup bucks
on its contract, but the USG (i.e., us taxpayers) got nuthin. So
isn't $62 mill in university research into improving the internet
something?
2) What else you gonna do with that $62 mill? Pay it back?
Give it to ICANN? (Ooo -- I'm getting ill.) Give it to all the ISP
and other varieties of entrepreneur that populate these pages?
