Diane and all,

  STUDENTS!!!  Jesus, get those folks some help!!!  Can't ICANN or the
GIP cough up some $$ to do this right???  For god's sake!  Yes, as just
students they did a wonderful job.  But that job wasn't anywhere near good
enough for what the ICANN is supposed to be!
