Jay and all,
Jay, you are far to gracious with respect to Esther Dyson. I just
finished reading her latest book. It is the most disjointed thing
I believe I have ever read in recent times. It is evident that Esther Dyson
doesn't practice what she preaches. Her propensity of being disingenuous
is astounding to say the least....
