If a review is needed, it has to address why the non-profit agency and its
BoD has not yet "directed registration of top-level domain names such as
.com, .net, and .org", doesn't it?!?
Me thinks this a very ETSI/OSI view of the world.
The "non-profit agency" is actually nothing more
than a unstable experiment at this point.
Who is going to be taking over for you at ETSI?
You have been a rather unique resource for them
that will be hard to replace.
