that would be the funniest thing ever.... you think NSI would turn off its
computers? I don't. With ICANN's lack of money it would be screamingly
funny to watch them try replicate NSI's imfrastructure, or to award a
contract to IBM or ATT for them to do it on behalf of ICANN.
