Notice the sweeping dismissal of the content, but without any basis offered 
for that dismissal.  This is then quickly followed by an ad hominem which 
shows a pretty basic failure to understand the nature and history of open 
participation on the net.  (As if Tony has any real experience with 
Internet decision processes; or, rather, with any that actually worked.)

Tony's followup email waffle belies the clear meaning of the "At a certain 
level" sentence; claiming that his query was meant positively shows an 
impressive degree of fluidity of meaning, right up there with "Through the 
Looking Glass."

Yes, there is much psychological material to analyze, in this realm, but 
I'd place one person's pursuit of a vendetta against two former employers 
far ahead of trying to wonder why a particular computer technical analyst 
chooses to get involved.
