Ken, I agree with you sentiments here. My question is do you
really believe that the ICANN is going to "Start Fresh" as you put it?
I rather doubt it. They don't listen, they don't even read their own
E-Mail deposit lists, as was reported by Diane Cabell some few days ago,
they only unilaterally issue decrees.
