Gordon and all,

I couldn't agree with you more here Gordon. And this is possibly something
that the NYT and Jeri could do a follow up expose series of articles
an potentially a survey in respect to.

Esther Dyson in particular and to some degree most of the rest of the
ICANN Interim Board as well seem to be actively practicing hypocrisy
for a purpose that is far removed form the precepts of the White
Paper mandate to which they claim they are attempting to uphold.

Policy making of any kind on the part of any Interim Board is both
improper and inconceivable even in private business, not to mention
in a situation such as ICANN is faced with. It is plainly evident
sense January that the ICANN Interim Board was NOT interested
in the stakeholder communities input, not to mention their active
participation in the formation and decision requirement set forth in the
White Paper.
