Assume nothing. Verify everything to the greatest amount of detail
possible. Anything less is a precursor to poor judgment. Hence,
I do not make any such assumption.

As to the "Likeliness" of this occurring at this juncture is not
possible
to determine. Hence such a statement is based on an awful lot
of presumption. Again, a unwise and poor practice.

They (ICANN) is trying to make policy that would restrict entry into the

REGISTRAR business. As to those attempts being successful, remains
to be seen. In that current US law would view this as a potential
restraint
of trade, it is possible that such attempts will not be fruitful in
perpetuity.

For instance, today I received a post and a registered latter from the
New case Antitrust division of the DOJ concerning this issue specifically.

They are currently reviewing again the ICANN's "Accreditation Agreement"
of said concerns that Congress, ourselves [INEGroup], amongst many
other groups of legal minds have pointed out and filed briefs on....

Apples and oranges here. Poor judgment in making this comparison
is plainly evident.
