 They aren't.  Nor is that an issue here.  So I fail to see your point really.
Register.com, is responsible for keeping track of any and all registrations
and decided to use the ICANN sponsored SRS registration system when months
ago the were warned of its problems.  Hence they know these sorts of exposures
were indeed likely to happen.  This too they were also warned of as well.
So, they took advantage of a situation that the original registrant had called
and sent register.com E-Mail about, and secondly violated their ICANN
determined (Edicted) Registrar accreditation agreement.

  Because Register.com knew in advance that tit was released and a mistake
had taken place, and again took unfair and "Stole" the Domain Name from it's
rightful original registrant.
