If we are able to acheive a connect session capability for the meetings I would gladly dedicate my webcam to the cause for video. There are at least 3 people that I am aware of that attend every meeting driving 30-40 miles from the north/northeast, myself included, which is roughly the same distance as many in Tarrant County that show up ritually at every meeting.  I think it would be difficult to make a case for turning that in to 60-70 miles for one or the other.
