The nanobsd versions have a number in it next to the RC3, that number
represents the size of memory card it's made for.
So 4GB, 2GB, 1GB, 512MB etc.

i386 is 32bit, amd64 is 64bit, the 2nd one can use more than 4GB of RAM.
