This is possible becasue of HTTPs procotol. Try to access the website and see what protocol are being loaded.
If this is, you must configure WPAD for filtering the HTTPS URL. There are a lot of discussions about this subject, if is correct for flitering the HTTPs procotol 'cause its encrypted and another reasons.
