That sounds very interesting, but I cannot figure out how to create the
child(s) and apply it.
Do I have to create the child limiters for both LAN & WAN or just a single
child limiter and apply it on two different rules - one for LAN and other
for WAN?

Is it possible to demonstrate this with images? Or perhaps a config I can
import into my test system?
I have 25Mbps up/down and would want it to be divided equally among the
active/connected clients.
