Raw I/O is someting that any system should have almost from day one.
Rebol does not have this, and the only way to do it is a god-forsaken
kludge which I don't want to mess about with.
I agree that there are other systems that I could use, Arexx., Basic,
Forth etc, but Rebol is so well suited to messaging, which is what
most control systems boil down to, that it's a crying shame that this
is locked out of the system.
My other point was that Robol seems to be forging ahead with all sorts
of wizz bang features, but with very little being done on the basics
(or so it seems)
