These URLs don't seem to work anymore. 

I'm also a little mystified at all the complaints about PDF. It's a quick, easy and 
effective way to convert a formatted file that would otherwise be unavailable into a 
format is that widely available. The other suggestions would not be as accessilble as 
PDF (except maybe to the individual authors), and would involve a lot of manual labor. 
The true facts are probably that's it's PDF today or something else months from now. 
Count your blessings.

Incidentally, I do happen to have a rather nice PDF to RTF/HTML converter purchased 
for another project. If the URLs were live, I could (with the author's permission) 
have alternate formats available right away.
