you cant use a sequencer with your 303, unless it has CV/Gate in! If you do have a CV/Gate in, then you can use a midi converter like the Kenton 2000, then in your sequencer.
You don't need to use CV/Gate at all, but you do need a Midi-CV converter (mine's a Kenton Pro 2). Take the midi out of your Bass station into the Pro 2, and take a Dynsync lead out of the Pro2 into the 303.
