Awww...I get agreement for something which I didn't actually mean. Is it
too late to change my mind and say "oh yes, that's what I actually DID
mean all along"? :)
Seriously though, my only point was that there is no "One True Way" of
marking up something like a site title etc, and that - unless you do
something completely unsemantic or illogical - it's not fair to say that
there's only one method that is accessible while any other method isn't.
But the point was: whatever you choose to do, stick to that choice and
don't flip-flop between methods on your pages. If you decide that H1 is
good for your site title, use that element for the site title across all
of your pages. Even if a user (say a screen reader user) finds that your
choice matches their personal preference, at least they know what to
expect as they navigate your site.
