When it comes down to it, font resizers are fancy toys as an excuse for a design that has too small fonts from the start.
I do agree, although on some occassions it's also a request from a client where they have an obsession with small fonts and packing as much text onto the screen as possible, even when you strongly advise them otherwise (some people just don't get it)! In some respects it's easier for the site to offer the opportunity of changing the default font size in addition to resizing the font with the browser. And IMO as long as it starts off with the browsers default font-size then it's not doing much harm. But thats just me - the font size patrol can feel free to disagree :) (You could argue that by offering font sizing on the site that it decreases awareness that the default font size can be changed in the browser. But I wouldn't take it that far...) ******************************************************************* List Guidelines: http://webstandardsgroup.org/mail/guidelines.cfm Unsubscribe: http://webstandardsgroup.org/join/unsubscribe.cfm Help: [EMAIL PROTECTED] *******************************************************************
