For the INBOX setup, go

{host/user=todd}INBOX

If you're using SSL and have a self signed certificate, you can go

{host/novalidate-cert/user=todd}INBOX

For submailboxes, go

{host/novalidate-cert/user=todd}INBOX.work

When creating mailboxes in the folder view, press 'a' then ctrl-X to 
create a submailbox under the same settings as INBOX.
